SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we operate mainly in the USA. We do ship worldwide through the best shipping companies  to over 100 destinations, but orders might be subject to import duties and taxes. 

 

Once your order has been placed please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once it has shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.

US shipping: 3-6 business days.

Canada shipping: 5-7 business days.

International shipping: Please expect 10 to 20 business days or less.

Shipping costs are not included in product purchase price as detailed on the checkout page.

Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address shipping costs may vary. 

 

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of some orders. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to your local authorities.

 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under our direct control, which include, without limitation, charges due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.
